Make a Windmill

1. Cut a piece of dowel 4cm long.

2. Cut a piece of collar material (hard plastic tube) 1cm long.

3. Cut a piece of flexible plastic tube 0.5cm long.

4. Ream out the hole on a piece of linkstrip so that the dowel runs easily in it.

5. Cut out a piece of card following the template, then bend the four corners to the centre.

6. Put together.
