• Think of the most annoying problem:

1. In your room

2. In your school room

3. In your home

4. At the movie theater

5. With a toy

6. With homework

7. Other

• Pick some of the problems and decide how you could make them better, easier, more convenient, etc. Ask others for suggestions.

• Ask yourself other questions, such as:

1. What is something that doesn't work as well as I want it to work?

2. What is something that wouldn't cost a lot of money to make life better/easier for me?

3. What invention would make life better for a particular group of people, such as handicapped, teachers, elderly, students, athletes?
