All Valiant products come with a year's free warranty - from date of purchase. Proof of purchase date may be required. Accidental damage or mistreatment is not included in this free service.
Valiant has a full repair service for any product out of warranty or accidentally damaged. Much support can be provided remotely so please email service@valiant-technology.com, for the attention of Peter, with full details of the product and your problem, providing a contact name and number.
