Many Roamer activities engage several subjects
at the same time. The list cites prominent subjects only. It does
not include subjects that belong to activity extensions.
Age Group
The target age of the activity can vary student
ability and need. For example an activity might introduce an idea
with one group of students, but act a reinforcing activity for an
older group.
Activity Availability
For completeness and to provide the teacher with
a complete vision of what activities she can do we include activities
that teachers need to buy.
Technical Rating
This refers to the your ability to use the technology.
It does not refer to the complexity of the technology, the age of
the students or the difficulty of the subject matter. Some very sophisticated
technology is simple to use. For example a television is a complex

This includes activities like demonstrations,
catalysts, provocateurs, etc. They are used in a small part
of the activity. The robot may form an important part of the
activity, but it is not substantial part of it.
Lesson
Roamer may not be all of the activity, but
it plays a substantial and often central role. The activity
does not extend beyond one or two lessons.

Here Roamer plays a substantial role in
an activity that lasts for several lessons.
